The Bank of America World MasterCard® with WorldPoints™, issued by FIA Card Services, N.A., is designed for those with excellent credit who plan to take advantage of the reward program that is offered.
Through the reward program, cardholders earn one point for every dollar spent on all qualifying purchases. Points are redeemable for cash, brand-name merchandise, travel with no blackout dates, dining certificates, and more. There is no limit to the number of points that may be earned per year, but any unused points do expire within five years.
The card has no annual fee, a 0% introductory rate for both balance transfers and cash advance checks for the first twelve billing cycles, and a very low fixed interest rate for those who qualify once the introductory rate expires. It is important to understand that the APR for purchases and balance transfers will vary according to the applicant's credit history and will be either 9.99% or 15.99%.
Aside from the reward program, cardholders can expect benefits such as fraud protection, a personal concierge service, and online account access.
